We are closed Saturdays & Sundays. Custom order jewelry, custom ring sizing, and engraving will be shipped as per the manufacturing and customization time required as show in the product listing. Our 1 Year Warranty covers all manufacturing defects and issues relating to the jewelry that are no affected by general wear, customizations, loss, accidents, or customer damage.
Each warranty claim is reviewed on a case by case basis by Roy Rose Jewelry and the manufacturer of the item. Please contact us with images and a detailed explanation of the defect or problem for a rapid solution.
